Fix keyboard in mobile app.

At my work here, we mostly use Samsung devices. Some of us have used the app on our personal phones too of varying makes and models, meaning that it isnt just a samsung issue.

When responding to tickets on the app, click on the notes text box to type in what I did, and the keyboard takes the bottom of the screen. Can't see what we are typing. So we type out our response, exit the keyboard, check what we wrote too see that it was write. Its a huge hassle not being able to see what we are typing.

If there is an easy fix on our end, let me know and I will pass it on.
