Work Item Notifications-Send Alerts to one registration Code instead of multiple Registration Codes.

I have 3 registrations codes. LVVWTR; BBEWTR AND SNVWTR. These are separate groups that receive their own tickets from USA North. When an emergency ticket comes into LVVWTR both BBEWTR AND SNVWTR receive their work item notifications emergency alerts. All registration codes receives alerts that are foe another registration code. Can we have the work item notification alert the registration code on the ticket instead of all the registration codes. Thanks
