Downloading KML from Geo Data Viewer

I currently have 6 users submitting tickets and I'm trying to track where the tickets are submitted and whether or not they have attachments. I have a GIS program to track out flight paths but I would like to add observations in as well. A way to narrow down tickets with a specific date range, as well as export a KML or .SHP file would be very beneficial. Thanks.
