Simultaneous Sessions
We would like the ability to have a single user logged into multiple sessions at the same time. This would be helpful as our crews use multiple devices and they can be kicked out if working in two devices.

Yes, field techs do typically use up to two devices in-field (a toughbook and an iPad for photos).
This is also an issue when performing form development. It is much more productive to have multiple tabs open with different components of the design at the same time such as the form designer and the process designer or the process designer and the work items summary/detail. I am doing this with multiple "admin" users, but this just takes up precious users.
Can you please explain a little more in detail? Are you Field Techs using more than one device while logged into UtiliSphere? For instance, are they taking their phone to get pictures and then using their computers to respond to tickets?
