Carry Over the Ticket Type and Ticket Type Category Fields on a Work Item
I have a rule that automatically creates a Field Meet work item from a Ticket. However, right now I cannot automatically populate the Ticket Type and the Ticket Type Category fields on the Work Item.
I would like to be able to do this.
Administrators can now carry over the Ticket Type and Ticket Type Category from a Ticket to a Work Item. This can be configured in Form Links under the Form Designer:
