Save Routing Tickets Position

When selecting tickets to routed be able to save the order so when you go back to the ticket summary they stay in that order and pinned to the top of the ticket list.

We currently let users flag a ticket or work item as a Priority in UtiliSphere Desktop. The user can then click on the priority tab and reorder them. Have you tried this on UtiliSphere Desktop or are you using Full Web or the Phone App?
