Send Attachments When Sharing a Work Item
We have contractors that work on our facilities. Many of them are not users in UtiliSphere. We use the Public URL to Share Work Items with this contractor. We would also like the ability for the contractor to be able to download the attachments on the Work Item without logging in.
irth added a new form setting that determines whether attachments on a work item should be made available when the work item is shared.
When enabled, work item attachments can be downloaded by the recipient of a share action.
