Add a conflict button next to breadcrumbing button

Add a conflict button on same page as breadcrumbing button. This would allow a pilot to hit a easy to see and push button to initiate a conflict sighting and then they can drop a pin. Currently they have to hit action drop down then look for the conflict listing on the drop down list. This is cumbersome when your flying, looking at the ROW and trying to navigate the computer screen. A simple front page button would reduce this down to a two click process. Or maybe just have a button drop a pin on map for a conflict that can be completed once landed.
