GeoData Viewer Ticket Hyperlinks

Please add a function within the GeoData Viewer when selecting an individual ticket, it would be great if the pop-up that contains the ticket number would be hyperlinked back to that specific ticket so I could view ticket history.  Thanks for your consideration.

We have added this capability. Follow the steps below to do this:

1. Open the Geo Data Viewer

2. Click on the "Information" icon on the right

3. Then click directly on the Ticket

4. When you do this the information panel will open on the left and you can click on the blue ticket ID to access the Ticket
