Add drop down menus to selected (Address) fields in the Ticket Creation module.

The 3rd address field (Box) in the Site Info section, is reserved for directions information such as N, S, E or W etc. it would be easier for the users IF those directions were pre-populated into a drop down menu. 

Likewise, in the 5th address field (Box) in the Site Info section, this is reserved for address information such as Way, Boulevard, Street, Avenue, Crescent, Court or Park etc. So as noted above, it would be easier for the users IF this address information was pre-populated into a drop down menu.
