Remember/Hold Extent in Work Summary Map

When using the Work Summary Map the map extent automatically resets to the home extent after viewing Feature Information or leaving the app for any amount of time. Given that the Home button performs that reset on demand, I think it would make a lot more sense to hold the last extent.

Other possible solutions:

-Back/forward buttons for extent

-Have the "Pin" button zoom to the current location
