Allow users to enable/disable notifications sending to them
A locator may have a notification setup for business hours and/or after hours. If they are not on-call or go on vacation, allow them to manage their own notifications by enabling or disabling as necessary.
So currently if we disable a notification it disables it for all users assigned to that notification. I'm understanding this request to be able to disable it for select user(s) of a notification, not all users at once. As such, I vote +1.
