Additional Damage Risk Analysis Metrics

As a user of Damage Risk Analysis, I would like the ability to track additional metrics from Tickets into the Damage Analysis section of UtiliSphere. I would also like the ability to utilize these metrics in my Smart Scoring system.

Example: How many times a specific "Work Type" Ticket is created vs how many times that "Work Type" Ticket caused a damage. E.g. How many "Fiber Optic Line" Tickets were created vs how many "Fiber Optic Line" tickets resulted in a Damage.

Example: How many times a specific type of "Machinery" Ticket is created vs how many times that type of "Machinery" Ticket caused a damage. E.g. How many "Backhoe" Tickets were created vs how many "Backhoe" Tickets resulted in a Damage.

Example" How many times did my a specific "Keyword" Ticket is created vs how many times that "Keyword" Ticket caused a damage.  E.g. How many times did a particular member code on a Ticket was created vs how many times did a particular member code on a Ticket result in a damage.
