Additional SmartScore Metrics

As a user of SmartScore, I would like to be able to incorporate additional metrics into my scoring. These metrics would be based upon statistics from certain work items.

Example: Locate Audits are graded for each locator. The results of these locate audits can add depth to the scoring being provided from simple Damage Analytics alone. The ability to incorporate these "grades" into the SmartScore criteria help to provide more detail to the dataset.

Example: Excavator Consultations are rated for each Excavator as a safe excavation partner. The results of these consultations can add depth to the scoring being provided from simple Damage Analytics alone.
