ticket mapping

could we color code all the tickets including the late tickets on the map? green for futures, yellow for within 24hrs, purple within 48hrs and red for lates. There is only purple for all the tickets and green for futures, it would make it easier to look at the map and know which tickets are coming due or late. thank you
