Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Irth has added mutli-factor authentication (MFA) to modernize UtiliSphere’s authentication. MFA can be configured by administrators. Once configured, upon login after the user enters their normal username and password, they will receive a one-time password for additional security. This can be configured to send via email or SMS (text).
