Call Status Field for Tickets

Irth has made it easier for administrators and supervisors to confirm receipt of transmissions from the system (see list below). Irth has added a “Call Status” field that can be utilized in both Advanced Search and Filters. This field displays the status of the most transmission for a ticket. The transmissions whose status appears in the Call Status field:

  • Auto process rules
  • End of day audits
  • Notifications (including voice)
  • Open ticket summaries
  • Positive responses to excavator
  • Scheduled exports
