Adding "First Note" as a feature/criterion to be able to report and filter on

We currently have "First Response", "Last Response", and "Last Note" in our criterion for filters and searched, but we do not have more extended functionality to be able to search "First Note" which has more information that the responses. 

This would give a wider scope of reporting and CL visibility for facility owners.
