Damage Risk Data - Work Item Upload - Dates of Data Visible

On the CGA DIRT Portal, users can see what dates of data are included. 

For users of Damage Risk Analysis, data needs to be updated within two years to be the more accurate. Having a column on the upload page to display this data, as well as a notification to remind users to upload their data within 6-4-2 weeks, would be a greatly beneficial feature to the application.
