Regarding: "Capture excavator education data on response screen?"

Thanks for pointing out this capability.  Now, can we get it to default to "No?"  Or give us the capability to choose a default?  


Our company does not normally call if it is "Clear" and we can determine this by the information already in the ticket.  We love Irth's capability of the auto-dialing robot voice, so we use that for our Positive Response (if no email or fax.)  However, now that we've turned on this capability, we have to manually click, "No" on almost all of the nearly 150 thousand tickets we do a year in which we do not call.  I know some companies call on every ticket, but we only call when the ticket is vague as to work location.
