ESRI Token Auto Refresh

Currently, we have members who are using a manual token creation and propagation process. This is less than optimal, and the preferred way would be to allow automated token refreshes. From what we are seeing in the Utilsphere and the ESRI documentation we

believe that this is a viable path forward
