"Create Field Mapping" Button for Billing Adjudication on the Field Mapping Screen

When someone using the Billing Adjudication feature needs to map a new invoice, it can only accomplished while uploading the invoice on the "Adjudication Summary" Screen, once they have clicked the "Start New Adjudication" button. (image below)

This is not intuitive in my opinion. When viewing the "Field Mappings" screen under Adjudication Settings, there should be a button near History that allows you to add the mapping option in addition to the current functionality.
