Include the ability to select a specific time for Export Schedules

In a future update can you give the User/Admin the ability to manually select a specific time that the Export Schedules are automatically sent out. We use this as a Daily Supervisor Report and the outside of business hours. It would be ideal to select the specific time that these are sent out.
