Ability to select the way Filters are sorted on the Work Item Summary page

Under Filter Configuration, add the ability to select how each Filter is sorted. E.g. work items sorted by Item ID, Address, Due Date, Status, etc. Have the ability to pre-set how work items appear based on the selected Filter.
