Choose the default Lookup Type on the Ticket Map
When accessing the Ticket Details page, the most relevant geocode gets displayed on the map. This is good, but I always want the system to default to the OCC Digsite for every ticket. Therefore, I would like the ability to set the Default Lookup Type on the Ticket Map and make it specific to each user.
This would really be a huge benefit!. Our company receives between 600 and 800 tickets a day. We need to manually click the green "Zoom to Dig Area" roughly 500 times a day because the red, "Zoom to Dig Site" is that consistently inaccurate. If we think about it, the green Dig Area is why we received the ticket in the first place, so this really should be the default. The red Dig Site is the software's attempt to read the ticket and then map it, the green Dig Area is what the excavator drew him or herself (if done online) or what the operator drew him or herself while having a conversation with the excavator - this will undoubtedly always be more valuable to us. We don't mind the software's attempt, it can function as a 2nd opinion, but we definitely value the 1st opinion much more.
