Multiple login

i would like to view my other tickets while uploading photos to the ticket; as it stands i have to wait for the uploads to finish before viewing any other tickets. if i have emergency ticket come in and i am half way threw, i would either have to wait and let it finish or kill the upload and come back to it later. just a suggestion to make it more efficient. thanks isaac
