Preview Excavator Response

Having a preview of the Positive Response to the Excavator would help to see how your information is being presented to the excavator and ensure your communication is clear.

irth Solutions has added the capability. We have added the ability for Administrators to configure Positive Responses via Message Templates. Then the message templates can be applied to any Response. You can do this by following the below: 

1. Login to UtiliSphere

2. Click on the Gear icon (in the upper right)

3. Click on Message Templates

4. Click on Create New Message Template

5. Name your Template

6. Choose the "For Tickets" radio button

7. Click on the Add Ticket Field icon and configure the text in the message 

8. Click on Preview

9. Click Save

Then you can apply the Message Template to a Response by doing the following: 

1. Login to UtiliSphere

2. Click on the Gear icon (in the upper right)

3. Click on Responses 

4. Open a Response

5. Click on Modify this Response

6. Select the Message Template you just created 

7. Click Save
