Voice Notification Option for Ticket Put in Folder Notification

Greetings,


For after hours emergencies, it would be a value to us for the voice technology you have to be leveraged in the Ticket Put in Folder Notification.  Simply put, a phone call will likely wake up a sleeping locator more easily and more likely than a text.  Extra bonus points for it to try three times before ending attempts!

UtiliSphere currently has the capability to call an individual or you can setup a rotational call profile that will call many individuals. You can configure this for the Ticket Put In Folder Notification and all other Ticket Notifications. This is something that is an Add On.
