Let Administrators manage their own ticket type categories and choose the mapping to the Ticket type

As an administrator, I would like the ability to add in my own ticket type categories and map the Ticket Types to each category.

With the release that happened on 3/22/2019, Administrators can now map Ticket Types for each One Call Center to Ticket Type Categories. This functionality is now available in production.
