Add the option to pull data by keyword. In Colorado we have to ability to require the excavator to expose our facility on any ticket that directional drilling is being performed. this would give us the ability to send a message to the excavator to inform them of this requirement
We are currently in the design phase of implementing a way to kick off workflows (work items) based on Ticket Events and data like Keywords. The end result of this new feature could potentially use a keyword of "directional drilling" to automatically create a work item and subsequently send off a notification to the excavator.
This is just one example of the use cases that we are using to design this potential new feature.
