Tiered access levels
I am 1 of 11 Damage Prevention Specialists @ Ameren Illinois and would very much like the ability to use the Mobile app to lookup and audit Julie Tickets. Currently the app is not set up that way and I was wondering if it would be possible to add different levels of access for locators and damage prevention specialists so we can utilize the app in an efficient manner. I appreciate you reaching out. UtiliSphere currently has the ability to display closed tickets in our mobile app. Also, we have the full capability to audit tickets.
