Text Message Templates
Allow a Company Administrator to create a text message template to select the fields and order information should be sent. When setting up a ticket notification and selecting Text Message, the template would be available to choose from.
Great idea! This would make setting up notifications for users much easier. Most users want the same 6 fields or so.
