Need easier way to search/find Archived Ticket's Related Item LINK

I am an Operating Clerk who manages the Standby requests and have no formal training or instructions on how to use irth except for the bits and pieces I've picked up along the way trying to figure stuff out on my own or pinging Steven Walker every now and then on how to accomplish something.

It would be great if irth was made easier to find an archived ticket's related item link so additional attachments (a completed standby form when Standby inspectors filled them out manually, photos, etc) can be easily added to a closed, archived standby ticket.

Right now there are SO many (archived or not) tickets (renewed/extended) that can come back in  search results that it is maddening to try to find the actual ticket that contains the related item link number in it.   You have to open up each individual ticket and scroll down to the middle of the ticket and if you are lucky, you may find that related item link (number) embedded in that ticket or the related item link number may be in the comments but you have to scroll down to the bottom of the ticket every time to look in the comments to see, if by chance,
