irth Solutions has added a new Add On called Smart Score. Smart Score allows Administrators to configure rules using many different data elements on a ticket. The different data elements are then used in Auto Processing.
Using Smart Score, you can setup rules by Responsibility Area and Keywords and automate actions. If you are interested, please call irth and we will discuss this with you.
