when using the Rotational Call callback systems the number that the Robocall systems uses has Caller ID saying it is IRTH
When the Robo system call you it is listed as multiple numbers with 317 area code. However if there is no caller ID some users may not answer due to the amount of SCAM and Robo Calls we all receive on our phones.
In order to better assist people that are receiving calls from UtiliSphere, we are changing the phone number. UtiliSphere will still have one single number for all phone call outs. However, the new number has an informative message that will help people understand why they are receiving the calls.
The new number will be changed on 9/8. Here is the new phone number that will be used for all phone calls coming from UtiliSphere as of 9/8: 614-347-1888
