Ticket Summary Header
It would be nice and more efficient on the ticket summary screen to have the screen and filter selectors and even the page size above the tickets instead of below. This way you do not need to scroll to the bottom through all your tickets in order to change the filter which sometimes I need to do frequently.
We are currently working on a new design for UtiliSphere. I will be sending out a survey to get feedback from users about the new design. This is one of the things we addressed.
But please make sure to answer the survey when you see it.
