Ability to email the email address on the 811 ticket through a link on the ticket, like today's ability to call the excavator, to provide specific feedback directly to the person who requested the 811 ticket

Current we have an action on a Ticket called "Email this Ticket":
When you select that action you are able to copy and paste the email address from the Ticket. The Notes you type also displays in the email.
Does this work for your needs?
My idea is an enhancement that is not the same as what you are displaying. The intent is a quick/easy way to email the excavator to communicate with them - not to have a copy of the ticket sent to email.
If the email address listed on the ticket was a clickable field that used the device's default email program, we could quickly contact the excavator to ask them a question or communicate any critical information.
