Archive a ticket based on Last Modified Date
There are times when a ticket has an original create date that is far in the past. However, we are still actively working the ticket when it gets archived. I would like to see the Administrator choose the option to archive tickets based on either the Create Date Time or the Update Date Time.
Love this idea! A simpler fix may just be to not allow tickets with a status of, "Ongoing" to be archived. This would achieve the same result with less moving parts.
