Archive a ticket based on Last Modified Date
There are times when a ticket has an original create date that is far in the past. However, we are still actively working the ticket when it gets archived. I would like to see the Administrator choose the option to archive tickets based on either the Create Date Time or the Update Date Time.
UtiliSphere has the ability to change the two things below:
1. We can change the amount of time before a ticket is archived
2. We can change it to only archive closed tickets
