Auto Respond Based on ESRI Map Layer

Irth has added the ability to automatically respond to tickets based on ESRI map layers. ESRI map layers that are configured in the Map Layers section of UtiliSphere will now show as a condition in the Auto Response. Administrators can select the value to match on as an ESRI map layer and when a ticket comes in that does not match on that layer, it will be auto responded. If the ticket does match on the layer, UtiliSphere will not auto respond, but will add an audit to the ticket for the number of layers that intersected the ticket.
