Use Form/App Data as a Data Source

Data sources provide the values in drop down fields on Work Items. The data sources can then be put in any form using the App Designer in UtiliSphere. Previously, data sources could only be defined by uploading a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file. With this release, you can now define data and structure for the new source based on an existing UtiliSphere form/app. To do this, choose a form/app, then choose which fields/data values from it you want to use as your data source. These are the form fields you can use:

• Numeric
• Multiple Choice
