Enhanced Integrations with Smart Score
Smart Score has been enhanced to allow external systems to consume multiple formats based on events on a ticket. The most common use case for this is:
- Risk can be evaluated based on the work being performed on the ticket
When creating or modifying a Smart Score, the administrator can setup a device and can configure Smart Scores to send tickets to that device. When the ticket is sent a score will be passed back from the external system to UtiliSphere in the same score.
