Ticket Dashboard

Is there a way to add the address to the main ticket listings on the headings next to the contractor name? Also when tickets are past due and updated ones are sent can the old tickets be replaced instead of duplicated? Having to sort through pages of duplicated ticketsis a pain and it shows as 2 closed tickets when we're doing audits.
