Enhance the California update linked-ticket function
I understand that this issue is not due to Irth; however a great many updates from USA North (California) are not linked to the previous ticket. The fact that the ticket is an update is apparent due to the field, "RENEWAL OF TICKET #" that is found in the ticket remarks.
Example ticket X813800928 which is a renewal of ticket W733801343.
Irth's, Link Ticket History is so useful to us, we'd like this to also be implemented in the scenario I've given. Currently, we need to exit the new ticket, look up the old ticket, come back into the new ticket, and update the new ticket with the old ticket's most recent response. We have such a large volume in California North, that this would be a great value to us.
