Total Units of Work Box auto populating

When our users are responding to tickets with a specific CDC code they DO NOT Enter a value in the "Total Units of Work" field; however for some reason the number that is in the ticket history says 0.01. Not sure why it's doing this and Irth Solutions looked into it but they are stating that our users are manually entering a value when I confirmed with them that they were not entering any sort of value in that field. More research on this issue needs to be done by Irth Solutions. We charge our customers based on the value that is generated from the "Total Units of Work" Field and I don't want to undercharge or overcharge our customers if there is an issue with this.
