It sounds like you are referencing the sounds UtiliSphere makes when an Alert occurs. This is something you can currently control by following below:
- Login to UtiliSphere Full Website on a computer
- Click on the User Icon in the upper right. It is beside the Help icon and looks like a round picture of a user.
- Click on Profile Settings
- Click on Modify My Preferences
- Under the Indicator Settings you will see the below fields. Choose the following values for each one of these:
- New Emergency Tickets: Display but don't play sound
- Missing Tickets: Display but don't play sound
- Missing Sequence Numbers: Display but don't play sound
- New Broadcast Messages: Display but don't play sound
- New Alerts: Display but don't play sound
Click on Save
