It sounds like you are referencing the sounds UtiliSphere makes when an Alert occurs. This is something you can currently control by following below: 

  1. Login to UtiliSphere Full Website on a computer
  2. Click on the User Icon in the upper right. It is beside the Help icon and looks like a round picture of a user. 
  3. Click on Profile Settings
  4. Click on Modify My Preferences
  5. Under the Indicator Settings you will see the below fields. Choose the following values for each one of these: 
    1. New Emergency Tickets: Display but don't play sound
    2. Missing Tickets: Display but don't play sound
    3. Missing Sequence Numbers: Display but don't play sound
    4. New Broadcast Messages: Display but don't play sound
    5. New Alerts: Display but don't play sound

Click on Save
