Ability to add multiple photos at same time on computer
Need to be able to select multiple photos at the same time to add to a single or multiple tickets on the computer. Right now it is only possible to add one at a time

You can do this now. Follow the below instructions for a Single Ticket:
- Login to UtiliSphere
- Click on the Tickets menu
- Click on Ticket Summary
- Open a Ticket
- Click on the "Choose action for this ticket..." drop down in the upper right
- Click on Add Notes to this Ticket
- Select your Multiple Photos and drag and drop them in the below section
- Click Save
Follow the below instruction to attach multiple photos to multiple tickets at the same time:
- Login to UtiliSphere
- Click on the Tickets menu
- Click on Ticket Summary
- Click on the check box beside one or more tickets
- Click on the "Choose action for this ticket..." drop down in the upper right
- Click on Add Notes to Selected Tickets
- Select your Multiple Photos and drag and drop them in the below section
