Selection boxes for Work Items

While the ticket summary for Locate Tickets has a select box as the left column, the Work Item list does not. Adding a selection box for Work Items would enable notes and status changes to groups of tickets selected and be a faster method than individual Work Item changes.

We are in the process of adding in checkboxes on the Work Items summary screens in Full Web. User will be able to check the boxes and take actions on them from the Summary screen.

Were you able to get this working on your end?

Attempted to follow this procedure and the result was failure.  After selecting multiple items and then clicking actions: print.  The browser hung for a time and then saved one PDF with filename "file.pdf" that will not open in Adobe Acrobat Reader or chrome browser.

This is something that is in the roadmap. You can do this in the short term using one of our Mobile solutions including Mobile Web. You can access mobile web from your computer by doing the following: 

- Login to UtiliSphere

- Click on the User Icon in the upper right hand corner

- Click on View Mobile Site

Now in Mobile Web, you can access the check box for both Tickets and Work Items by doing the following: 

- Click on the ellipses (3 dots) in the upper right corner

- Click on Select Items (if you do not see this, it is not turned on for you company. Let me know and we will get it turned on)

- The check boxes now show up and you can select one or more Work Item or Ticket and take actions from the Summary screen
