- Ticket is received by UtiliSphere.

- UtiliSphere calculates QC scores automatically based on

- Distance to Facilities
- # of Attachments
- Notes Added
- Is Ticket Past Due
- Actions for bad scores are automatically taken:
- Create a QC Audit Work Item
- QC Audit is conducted and results are sent directly back to the field tech for immediate feedback.
- Send out Notifications
