Have UtiliSphere Automatically QC Audit Every Ticket

Performing QC Audits on tickets is time consuming. I would like UtiliSphere to be able to automatically score every tickets with a QC Score.

irth has added the ability for every ticket to be automatically scored with a QC Audit score. 

- Configuration is done one time to setup QC Smart Score

- Ticket is received by UtiliSphere. 

- Ticket is Responded To

- UtiliSphere calculates QC scores automatically based on 

    - Response

    - Distance to Facilities

    - # of Attachments

    - Notes Added

    - Is Ticket Past Due

- Actions for bad scores are automatically taken: 

    - Create a QC Audit Work Item

    - QC Audit is conducted and results are sent directly back to the field tech for immediate feedback. 

    - Send out Notifications
